Pakistan and Germany Host Iftar for C34 Delegates Amid Ongoing UN Peacekeeping Session

The Pakistan Mission, together with the German Mission, hosted an Iftar in honor of the delegates of the UN Special Committee on Peacekeeping Operations (C34) during its ongoing session. In brief remarks, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar Ahmad, Permanent Representative of Pakistan to the UN, welcomed the C34 delegates and emphasized that the wider membership’s shared ownership and collective engagement are essential to advancing effective, credible, and sustainable peacekeeping operations.
